inspired by the 2020 movement uprisings and mutual aid efforts in the midst of the global pandemic, this piece features iconic Assata Shakur and her ever present words “it is our duty to fight for our freedom, it is our duty to win. we must love and support each other. we have nothing to lose but out chains”.
