  • A Postpartum Doula provides families with educational, emotional and hands-on support to the family after a birth experience.

    In my own practice, I offer a mix of practical and traditional care and strive to meet families where they are at whatever stage they may find themselves in.

    You can hire me for postpartum day visits, overnight visits or a combination of both.

  • It is best to hire as soon as you can! Once you have an idea of what kind of support you would like, you can get in touch about services and scheduling.

    I typically hold space for 1-2 births in any given month and 1-2 spots for postpartum clients depending on length of contract.

    I tend to book weeks or months in advance but I often have room for last minute inquiries.

  • I work with families prenatally through 12 weeks postpartum although my expertise is best utilized in the first 8 weeks.

  • For Birth services, I work with families all over King County and at all hospitals, birth centers and home births in the greater Seattle area.

    For Postpartum services, I mostly stick to the Seattle area (including Tukwila, Burien and Sea-tac) with an occasional spot for Bellevue families seeking overnight care.

  • I am certified to accept Washington State Apple Health plans. If you have a blue ProviderOne card and are on Medicaid, you likely are eligible for free services. Please inquire!

    Unfortunately I cannot bill private insurance for services but I can accept HSA/FSA cards or provide you with an invoice for reimbursement.

  • Generally, we will start with a 30-45 minute interview to see if your needs align. From there, you will decide if you’d like to work with me and confirm your plan. I will send over a contract and payment information. Once I receive both a deposit and a signed contract, we can get you on the schedule.
